E+H is a small handmade operation. Orders may take up to 10 days for process and production as everything is made in batches of 15 or less for quality control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We want your products to be the best, un-rushed and full of love.


Packages are shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. During Holiday and Special Occasion Sales Promotions, order fulfillment may take longer than our usual time frame due to heavily increased order quantities.

All packages come with a tracking number. E+H is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged. If your package is lost or was delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to USPS.

We do not offer rushed shipping at this time.

You have 48 hours from purchase to change your delivery address by messaging with your order number and change of address. 


Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds must be made within 48 hours of the arrival of your purchase.  Return Shipping will be the Sole Responsibility of the Party seeking refund of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless you were sent the wrong order. To be eligible for the return the product must be unused.

 If the products arrive damaged due to improper packaging, you will be issued a new item. If the item arrived damaged due to improper handling by the mail carrier, please reach out to USPS.
